The home ed hub is a childcare service in a little village called sandford, in North Somerset. we offer a home from home childcare environment for home educated children between the ages of 5-12.
As a family we are a Home Educating household, we understand the importance, and are passionate about, a child centred approach.
We provide a safe space for your children to learn and develop at their own pace.
Baking, play, and crafts are at the heart of our sessions, we provide a range of optional activities set up for the day, and lots of free flow space to independently explore.
What to expect at The Hub…
Child CENTERED.
The children’s interests are at the centre of the activities set, whilst also having new topics introduced at each session.
The children also have a big input on, what they would like to see here at the Hub each week.
Lets bake!
Baking and cooking is a big part of our family, and is something you will be able to develop with us at each session.
We bake or cook something different for the children to either have as their snack, or even bring home to share.
Outdoor PLAY @ THE HUB.
At The Hub, We are very lucky to have a great outdoor space, including a mud kitchen, and a wooden play frame - fit with a slide, climbing wall, and monkey bars, a dream for those natural explorers.
